Since the baseball playoffs are on national television, once again the Phillies will be shuffling its broadcast crew for its radio broadcasts.
Expect the duos of Tom McCarthy and Chris Wheeler and Scott Franzke and Larry Andersen to split time in the radio booth. Last season in the playoffs, Gary Matthews did the pre and post game shows with Jim Jackson.
If Jackson has conflicts with Flyers’ games, Franzke will add the pre and post game shows to his responsibilities.

Not surprised that Tom McCarthy will be doing some inings this postseasonon on radio, considering the fact that T-Mac is the new lead voice of the Phillies. I think this season T-Mac has really imprived on his TV ply-by-play, and his chemostry with Wheeler.

Need to get rid of McCarthy. His over reacting calls on the Phillies were just too much. His tribute to Harry Kalas came off as very insincere. He is a New York wannabe who I am sure would jump at the chance to get back to the big apple. Phils need to clean house on their TV broadcasts after the season.

The more T Mac screams the less I want to listen to the audio ….
Not a terrible broadcaster … but why is it necessary to be constantly hollaring?

Go Phils that’s the BOTTOM Line. They’re doing this for Harry the K this time. Nice gesture at the HK mark at the field after Wednesday Night’s game by the players!

Disregard my first comment on this. I would like to hear T-MAC to do some innings during the post season on radio. I think this will be the first time T-MAC has called MLB post season play.
